In the context of this assignment, you are working as a Commercial Manager for a Large-sized company named Global Banking Construction. This assignment aims to demonstrate awareness of the current issues facing the construction industry on political, economic, social and technological scale.

This assignment explores the Bloomberg Building project, focusing on how construction teams manage change, mitigate risks, and adapt to unexpected challenges. It also examines the wider economic, industry, and workforce implications, along with global opportunities and challenges for construction companies.
