Additionally, you will identify strategies for overcoming common barriers to collaboration and promoting a culture of teamwork in healthcare settings.
- Conduct a literature review on the importance of interprofessional collaboration in healthcare settings. Identify at least five peer-reviewed articles that discuss techniques and strategies for facilitating collaboration and teamwork within interprofessional healthcare teams.
- Work with your preceptor and stakeholders at your project site to develop an action plan for promoting interprofessional collaboration in your healthcare setting. Submit this in the appendices section.
- Brainstorm strategies for fostering effective communication, enhancing team dynamics, and resolving conflicts. Submit this in the appendices section.
- Outline specific steps, responsibilities, and timelines for implementing the action plan within the healthcare setting. Submit this in the appendices section.

Incorporate a minimum of 5 current (published within last five years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.
