It is becoming increasingly important for individuals working in Health and Social Care to understand and appreciate how data analytics can inform demand management. Therefore, as part of this assessment you must demonstrate and apply the key concepts, tools, and techniques of data analytics and demand management, considering the legal and ethical aspects of using personal data in the context of the real industry case study below:

Assignment Tasks
As a research assistant based on the project above you are tasked to develop a report for the project consortium board and include:
- Identify the types of data that needs to be collected and consider any legal and ethical frameworks governing the collection, storage, and use of personal data for this project (30 Marks)
- Analysing the current data analytics concepts, techniques and tools that can be used by the project to enhance decision making and increase productivity for public health sector. Include the impact of data analytics on the demand management supply chain for the mind organisation (45 Marks)
