Scenario
You have recently secured a ‘Lead Operations Manager’ role with 3663 group, a logistics specialist company providing frozen items to high street restaurants. You have taken over in a challenging period where the industry is affected by COVID19.
You understand the organisation will have a complicated and trying year ahead. You are tasked by the Senior Management to develop plans to ensure that there is a greater clarity on the demand and supply based on mathematical reasoning.
