You are a Developer that needs to communicate on your company letterhead to a Building Contractor who is falling behind on the Healey Street, Goulburn project. You are requesting that they provide a detailed response on how they are going to get the project back on track. 2. You must produce detailed notes to the nominated building contractor detailing three (3) important quality aspects that must be met for each of the ten important construction activities on the Goulburn project. You must produce a letter to the building contractor detailing important documentation (at least 5 items) that must be presented to the Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) so there is no delay in obtaining an Occupation Certificate (OC) and selling down the project. | |
