Earned value
Schedule performance index (SPI)
Cost performance index (CPI)
Forecasted range of final project results
Based on the risk thresholds in Hillson and Simon (2020, Figure 4-8), write a one- to two-page paper to determine where the cost and performance factors of this project are using the example probability-impact scales. Include a probability-impact scale table. Incorporate at least three scholarly references, and be sure to format your paper in standard APA formatting.
