In this assignment, you will produce a complete, professional Project Management Plan (PMP) for a real-world engineering project scenario assigned to you. The PMP is the primary planning output of PMBOK Process Group 2 and integrates all ten Knowledge Area subsidiary plans into a single governing document. Your deliverable must read as a professional project document — not an academic essay — written in structured plan language with appropriate tables, diagrams, and formal section headings.
This assignment directly mirrors the work of a practising project manager in the initiation and planning phases of an engineering project. It tests your ability to apply, synthesise, and produce — not just describe — the tools and frameworks taught across MEM 501 Sessions 1–11.
