- How do your school’s vision and mission influence the culture and behaviors in your school?
- What evidence shows that your collective work supports both the vision and mission?

- How do your vision and mission meet the needs of underserved populations?
- How do your school administrators communicate the vision and mission and model behaviors that promote the importance and value of the vision and mission?
Candidates will use APA format for their final submission and cite current research or literature to support their analysis. The Gabriel & Farmer reading provides an excellent resource for assessment.
