Part 2: The Elevator Pitch

Our second video this week is “The Elevator Pitch.” Here is another one of my favorite speakers, Vanessa Van Edwards; she shares tips for perfecting your elevator pitch and some REALLY GREAT non-verbal tips. 
Let’s talk about the “elevator pitch.” If you have never heard of it, imagine you are at a conference, event, or fundraiser, and the CEO of a company gets in the elevator with you and asks, “How are you doing? What’s your business? Tell me a little about yourself.” This is an opportunity to “sell” your business, idea, or yourself. If you have ever wanted to own your own business, developing these six steps will ensure that you are always ready to pitch yourself clearly and succinctly.  The elevator pitch can also ensure a clear and concise job interview introduction.
