For this milestone, you will discuss with several of your classmates how to synthesize knowledge of APM types to develop a framework to apply to your real-world project situation. You will need to identify any special methods you intend to integrate into the framework type that you selected and explain why you chose to integrate these methods.
This discussion will help you explore new knowledge as you work toward your final project. Be sure to incorporate the insights you gain from this discussion into your final proposal.

Share with your group the adaptive project management framework you have developed that includes agile and iterative management techniques.
Assess effectiveness of your chosen method of APM for refinement and reutilization.
