Each hotels offers a different range of accommodation and food and beverage (F&B) outlets. Although the group was once regarded as a major player within the Maltese hospitality industry, its competitive position has been weakened due to ongoing operational inefficiencies. As a result, the organisation is now experiencing difficulties in retaining existing guests and attracting new customers. You are therefore required to present a 2000 word essay that identifies the organisation’s current operational shortcomings and proposes appropriate solutions.

In this essay, you are required to:
