1. List the 10 specific indicators of organizational health.
2. Rank your current school on a (scale of 1-5) for each of the indicators.
3. Choose the three indicators you believe are the most important and explain why.
Part Two (2) – Watch the four-minute YouTube video below entitled, “The Leadership Crisis” and connect Bob Chapman’s philosophy on leadership and the current status of the workplace, to your own experience as an employee and your own leadership philosophy. Also, add what you believe Bob is trying to say about the potential impact of working under a Barry-Wehmiller style of leadership.
